Chocolate Coconut Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup plant milk
Fruit compote
- 1 pear, chopped
- 2 handfuls berries
- splash of water
- small amount of chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all muesli ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, top with fruit compote, banana, blackberries, toasted hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs, coconut yogurt, and peanut butter
Fruit compote
Stew a chopped pear and two handfuls of berries with a splash of water until soft
Mash the mixture when it gets soft and add a small amount of chia seeds to thicken into a jam
