Chocolate Coconut Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (i use a mix of porridge and jumbo for texture)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp @naturya maca powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds @thechiaco
- 1 tbsp @coyo_uk
- 1 tbsp almond butter (i used @yumellofoods )
- 1 cup plant mylk ? ?
Preparation
Fruit compote (recipe below)
Banana
Foraged blackberries
Toasted hazelnuts
Desiccated coconut
Cacao nibs
For the compote, stew a chopped pear (skin on for extra fibre) and two handfuls of berries with a splash of water
Mash when they get soft and add a tap of chia seeds to thicken into a jam
