Chocolate Coconut Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (i use a mix of porridge and jumbo for texture)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp @naturya maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds @thechiaco
  • 1 tbsp @coyo_uk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (i used @yumellofoods )
  • 1 cup plant mylk ? ?

Preparation

  1. Fruit compote (recipe below)

  2. Banana

  3. Foraged blackberries

  4. Toasted hazelnuts

  5. Desiccated coconut

  6. Cacao nibs

  7. For the compote, stew a chopped pear (skin on for extra fibre) and two handfuls of berries with a splash of water

  8. Mash when they get soft and add a tap of chia seeds to thicken into a jam
