Cinnamon and Nutmeg Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk ❤️
Preparation
Mix everything except banana and place in fridge overnight to soak
Before serving add in mashed banana and adjust flavors as desired
Top with fruit and you’re ready to go
