Easy and Delicious Raspberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 20 grams desiccated coconut
- 3/4 cup milk of your choice
- 50 grams mashed raspberries
- 1 medjool date or 2 regular dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot of Jin Jin
Preparation
Mash dates with a fork or cut them into pieces.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
On the morning check the consistency and add a splash of milk if desired and serve with your favourite toppings.
