Easy and Delicious Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 20 grams desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 50 grams mashed raspberries
  • 1 medjool date or 2 regular dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot of Jin Jin

Preparation

  1. Mash dates with a fork or cut them into pieces.

  2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. On the morning check the consistency and add a splash of milk if desired and serve with your favourite toppings.
