Mince Pie Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 150g of mixed dried fruits
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of flaked almonds

Preparation

  1. Simply turn your stove unto medium heat and begin to cook your oats

  2. After stirring in your non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, add in all other ingredients to let cook and infuse with your porridge

  3. Once cooked, top your bowl with flaked almonds, more cinnamon, and a drizzle of agave if you please
