Mince Pie Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 150g of mixed dried fruits
- 1 diced apple
- 1/2tsp ground ginger
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of dairy-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of flaked almonds
Preparation
Simply turn your stove unto medium heat and begin to cook your oats
After stirring in your non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, add in all other ingredients to let cook and infuse with your porridge
Once cooked, top your bowl with flaked almonds, more cinnamon, and a drizzle of agave if you please
