Protein Oats with Strawberries and Cream

Ingredients

  • 90g oats
  • Cacao nibs (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • 225ml Alpro coconut milk
  • 15g salted caramel whey protein
  • 45g 0% Greek yoghurt

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Hershey's cookies 'n' creme bar
  • JimJams spreads
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Pour oats into a bowl (90g here).

  2. Add cacao nibs and cinnamon (optional).

  3. Fill with 2.5x liquid to oats (225ml Alpro coconut milk).

  4. Microwave for 2 minutes and mix.

  5. Mix in 15g whey (salted caramel flavor).

  6. Mix in 0.5x Greek yoghurt to oats (45g 0% fat).

  7. Microwave for another 1 minute.

  8. Top with all the goodness such as blueberries, strawberries, cookies 'n' creme bar, spreads, and cinnamon.
