Vegan Pancakes with Chocolate Spread Toppings
Ingredients
- 250g plain flour
- 80g sugar (coconut used)
- 1 heaped tbsp buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 25ml oil
- 550ml plant milk (Good Hemp Original used)
Preparation
Mix the flours, sugar, flaxseed, and salt together.
Add vanilla extract, oil, and some plant milk; mix well.
Gradually add more milk until a smooth batter is formed.
Cook in a lightly greased frying pan or hot plate until lightly browned on each side.
Serve with favorite toppings such as hazelnut chocolate spread, vegan whipped cream, strawberries, plums, nectarines, or sugar and lemon.
