Tofu Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry with Soba Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block tofu
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • soy sauce
  • harissa paste
  • buckwheat noodles
  • grilled spices
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cube the tofu and cook in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until browned and crisped, then set aside.

  2. Add chopped broccoli to the pan and cook until it turns bright green.

  3. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms (about 500 grams).

  4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes until they shrink.

  5. Return the tofu to the pan and season the mixture with soy sauce, grilled spices, salt, and pepper.

  6. Serve with buckwheat noodles, topped with additional soy sauce and harissa paste.
