Caramelised Pear and Walnut Porridge
Ingredients
- Organic jumbo oats
- Mixed sultanas
- Pea milk
- Pear
- Walnuts
- Maple syrup
- Coconut sugar
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Cook the oats with pea milk and sultanas until creamy and thickened, stirring occasionally.
In a separate pan, sauté chopped pear and walnuts with maple syrup, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until caramelised and lightly browned.
Serve the porridge topped with the caramelised pear and walnut mixture.
