Easy Satisfying Oat Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 scoop Vivolife raw cacao protein
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats and flaxseed.

  2. Heat the water in the microwave for 2 minutes, then pour over the oats and cover the bowl with a plate.

  3. Set out the frozen berries to thaw and go get your workout in.

  4. Uncover the oats and stir in the protein, adding a splash of water if necessary.

  5. Top with berries and almond butter.
