Easy Satisfying Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 scoop Vivolife raw cacao protein
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Mix the oats and flaxseed.
Heat the water in the microwave for 2 minutes, then pour over the oats and cover the bowl with a plate.
Set out the frozen berries to thaw and go get your workout in.
Uncover the oats and stir in the protein, adding a splash of water if necessary.
Top with berries and almond butter.
