Vegan Banoffee Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 40g myvegan salted caramel soy isolate protein
  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp koro_uk agar agar
  • nush cream cheese
  • chocolate shavings

Caramel

  • 1 tsp Biscoff spread
  • 1 tsp syrup

Preparation

  1. Dissolve agar agar in almond milk and heat gently until fully dissolved.

  2. Stir in the protein powder until well combined.

  3. Prepare the caramel by mixing Biscoff spread and syrup together.

  4. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and refrigerate until set.

  5. Top the set pudding with cream cheese, chocolate shavings, and chopped banoffee protein bar before serving.
