Curried Egg Mayo Sandwich
Ingredients
- sub roll
- eggs
- butter
- light mayo
- katsu ketchup
- black onion seeds
Preparation
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes in boiling water.
Slice and butter the sub roll.
Mix the katsu ketchup through the light mayo.
Chop the boiled eggs.
Combine the chopped eggs with the mayo mixture and stir in the black onion seeds.
Assemble the sandwich by spreading the egg mixture onto the buttered roll.
