Egg Sandwich with Mortadella and Tomato
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 2 slices of mortadella
- 2 slices of square cheese
- Lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of oil for cooking
Preparation
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and pour them into a pan with a little oil.
Before the eggs are fully cooked, place the two toast slices on top of the eggs.
Fold the excess egg edges inward onto the toast.
Add a slice of cheese, lettuce, mortadella, tomato, and then another slice of cheese.
Close the toast together and it is ready.
