Egg Sandwich with Mortadella and Tomato

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 slices of toast bread
  • 2 slices of mortadella
  • 2 slices of square cheese
  • Lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and pour them into a pan with a little oil.

  2. Before the eggs are fully cooked, place the two toast slices on top of the eggs.

  3. Fold the excess egg edges inward onto the toast.

  4. Add a slice of cheese, lettuce, mortadella, tomato, and then another slice of cheese.

  5. Close the toast together and it is ready.
