Seafood and Vegetable Stuffed Pastry
Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- egg yolk for brushing
- 1 onion
- 1 dory fish fillet
- 100 g shrimp
- 2 carrots
- 50 g green peas
- 30 g glass noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 50 ml water
Preparation
Cut the puff pastry into 14 cm circles.
Sauté the onion until fragrant.
Add the fish and shrimp, stir until they change color.
Add the carrots, green peas, and glass noodles, then stir well.
Season with salt and pepper, stir well.
Pour in water and let it cook until done, then cool the mixture.
Place the filling on the pastry circles.
Fold the pastry in half.
Press the edges with a fork.
Brush with egg yolk.
Bake with bottom heat at 200 degrees Celsius until done.

This makes a light snack for afternoon tea or a great option for lunchboxes.
