Simple Salmon and Vegetable Fish Pie
Ingredients
- Frozen salmon
- Soya milk
- A spoon of flour
- Lots of mixed vegetables
- Mixed herbs
- Fish sauce
- Mustard powder
- Lemon juice
- Mashed potato
- Cheese
Preparation
Defrost the frozen salmon.
Poach the salmon in soya milk.
Add a spoon of flour to thicken the mixture and stir in lots of vegetables.
Season with mixed herbs, fish sauce, mustard powder, and lemon juice.
Top the mixture with mashed potato and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C Fan.
