Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Slightly more than 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples, peeled, thinly sliced and mixed with a bit of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. First, beat the eggs and sugar for at least 5-6 minutes.

  2. Then, add the liquid ingredients and beat a little more.

  3. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix very lightly.

  4. Put a small amount of batter into a greased cake mold and arrange the apple slices.

  5. Pour more batter and arrange apples again. Repeat this way for 4 layers.

  6. Bake in a 180-degree oven until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. After cooling, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
