Apple Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- Slightly more than 2.5 cups flour
- 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples, peeled, thinly sliced and mixed with a bit of cinnamon
Preparation
First, beat the eggs and sugar for at least 5-6 minutes.
Then, add the liquid ingredients and beat a little more.
Sift in the dry ingredients and mix very lightly.
Put a small amount of batter into a greased cake mold and arrange the apple slices.
Pour more batter and arrange apples again. Repeat this way for 4 layers.
Bake in a 180-degree oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
After cooling, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
