Plum and Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 plums
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
Preparation
Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.
Add the remaining ingredients except the plums and mix well; chop one plum and incorporate it with cinnamon.
Pour the batter into a greased cake mold.
Arrange the remaining two plums on top.
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Bake in a 150-degree oven until the top is browned.
Tips
Sift the flour before using.
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
