Plum and Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 3 plums
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the plums and mix well; chop one plum and incorporate it with cinnamon.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake mold.

  4. Arrange the remaining two plums on top.

  5. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of powdered sugar.

  6. Bake in a 150-degree oven until the top is browned.
