Easy Overnight Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- splash of maple syrup
Toppings
- splash of milk
- grain-free granola
- strawberries
- chocolate chia seeds
Preparation
The night before, mix together 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup chia seeds, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a splash of maple syrup.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, add a splash of milk to the chia pudding mixture.
Place grain-free granola at the bottom of a serving bowl.
Add the chia pudding mixture on top.
Top with warmed strawberries and chocolate chia seeds.
