Easy Overnight Chia Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • splash of maple syrup

Toppings

  • splash of milk
  • grain-free granola
  • strawberries
  • chocolate chia seeds

Preparation

  1. The night before, mix together 3/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup chia seeds, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a splash of maple syrup.

  2. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, add a splash of milk to the chia pudding mixture.

  4. Place grain-free granola at the bottom of a serving bowl.

  5. Add the chia pudding mixture on top.

  6. Top with warmed strawberries and chocolate chia seeds.
