Vegan Stir-Fried Tofu Made with Caramelised Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • juice from 1 lime

Preparation

  1. Start by adding the tofu in small pieces on a hot pan with a tablespoon of oil

  2. Warm until golden on each sides

  3. Add maple syrup, soy sauce, lime, salt and pepper

  4. Stir until caramelised

  5. Serve the crispy tofu with rice, soy sauce and sesame seeds
