Gluten-Free Pancakes with Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp gluten free baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup glutenfree oat milk

Chocolate sauce

  • 1 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tsp glutenfree flour

Preparation

  1. Just mix all of the ingredients and fry in a pan with some coconut oil. Serve with any topping you prefer!
