Golden Pumpkin Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, cooked
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3/4 tsp himalayan salt
Preparation
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Add them to a food processor or high-speed blender along with all other ingredients
Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed
Adjust the thickness adding water to thin until a creamy dip has formed
Enjoy with vegetables or crackers
