Golden Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas

  2. Add them to a food processor or high-speed blender along with all other ingredients

  3. Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed

  4. Adjust the thickness adding water to thin until a creamy dip has formed

  5. Enjoy with vegetables or crackers
