Happy Valentine Oats with Beetroot and Toppings

- 250 ml almond milk
- 50 grams beetroot
- 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon vegan white chocolate spread
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
Toppings
- strawberries
- cherries
- blueberries
- blackberries
- shredded coconut
- vegan chocolate
- peanut butter
- quinoa puffs
- oreo
Preparation
Cook the beetroot in the almond milk and blend it.
Put it back on the fire and add 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice, 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 tablespoon of vegan white chocolate spread, and 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds.
Add toppings including strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, shredded coconut, vegan chocolate, peanut butter, quinoa puffs, and oreo.
