Happy Valentine Oats with Beetroot and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 50 grams beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon vegan white chocolate spread
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • cherries
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • shredded coconut
  • vegan chocolate
  • peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs
  • oreo

Preparation

  1. Cook the beetroot in the almond milk and blend it.

  2. Put it back on the fire and add 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice, 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 tablespoon of vegan white chocolate spread, and 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds.

  3. Add toppings including strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, shredded coconut, vegan chocolate, peanut butter, quinoa puffs, and oreo.
