Chocolate Strawberry Magnolia Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- sugar (slightly less than 1 cup)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 level tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 level tablespoons flour
- 1 packet vanilla (add after cooking)
- 200 ml heavy cream (add after cooling)
Layers
- strawberries
- 2 packages oat biscuits
- chopped hazelnuts
Topping
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 g mixed milk and dark chocolate
Preparation
In a pot, combine milk, sugar (slightly less than 1 cup), egg yolk, flour, and cornstarch, then cook over medium heat until it boils and thickens.
Turn off the heat and add 1 packet of vanilla.
Cool the mixture, stirring occasionally, then refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.
After cooling, add 200 ml heavy cream and whip with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the dessert by layering with strawberries, oat biscuits, and chopped hazelnuts.
Prepare the topping with 200 ml heavy cream and 200 g mixed milk and dark chocolate, then decorate as desired.
