Homemade Cold Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 cups warm water
  • 2 packets plain gelatin
  • 3/4 large can condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. Prepare small plates or cups for serving.

  2. In a pot, heat one cup of water, add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

  3. In another pot, heat the remaining water, add cocoa powder and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Divide the cocoa mixture into two containers and add the gelatin mixture equally to the cocoa in both containers, then stir to mix.

  5. In one container, add sugar and stir until dissolved, and in the other container, add condensed milk and stir.

  6. Pour the cocoa-sugar mixture into molds to fill half and refrigerate for a few minutes.

  7. Remove the molds from the fridge, add the cocoa-milk mixture, and return to the fridge until set and cold.

  8. Garnish with strawberries and serve cold.
