Pumpkin Spice Vegan Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan or whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup prunes or dates
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 teaspoon light fruit syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls.
