Pumpkin Spice Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan or whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup prunes or dates
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon light fruit syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
