Quick No-Bake Cottage Cheese Dessert

Ingredients

  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 300ml milk
  • 15g gelatin
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation

  1. Dissolve gelatin in milk and heat until fully dissolved, do not boil

  2. Blend cottage cheese, the milk-gelatin mixture, and sweetener

  3. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set

  4. After the dessert has set, decorate with chocolate glaze and refrigerate again
