Simple Moist Blender Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 300 ml whole milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- chocolate sprinkles, to taste
Preparation
Combine all cake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round baking pan
Bake at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
Topping
In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of the milk to form a slurry
In a saucepan, combine the remaining milk, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature
Finishing
Spread the cooled topping evenly over the cooled cake
Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles to taste
