Cassava Cake with Condensed Milk and Cream
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 kg cassava
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 small carton heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 whole coconut, shredded
Preparation
Start by grating the raw cassava
Reserve the grated cassava in a container with the shredded coconut
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Pour the blended mixture over the cassava and coconut and mix well
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 1 hour or until golden brown
Remove from the oven, let cool, and unmold
