Cassava Cake with Condensed Milk and Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 kg cassava
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 small carton heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 whole coconut, shredded

Preparation

  1. Start by grating the raw cassava

  2. Reserve the grated cassava in a container with the shredded coconut

  3. In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

  4. Pour the blended mixture over the cassava and coconut and mix well

  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 1 hour or until golden brown

  6. Remove from the oven, let cool, and unmold
