Creamy Homemade Vegan Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 14 oz full fat coconut milk
  • 2 probiotic capsules

Preparation

  1. Pour coconut milk into a clean glass jar or bowl.

  2. Twist open your probiotic capsules and mix in with a plastic, wooden or ceramic spoon.

  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a cheesecloth or paper towel and secure with an elastic band.

  4. Set aside the container in a warm spot out of direct sunlight for 24-48 hours. If you live in a warm climate, 24 hours may be sufficient.

  5. Move the container to the fridge and allow it to chill and thicken for at least 12 hours.

  6. Enjoy the yogurt.

Tips

  1. Add fresh berries, muesli, vanilla extract, or fruit compote to customize and enhance your yogurt.
