Crispy Fried Pagoda Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon ground dried shrimp
  • 3 small ground shallots
  • 1 ground garlic clove
  • A little finely sliced celery leaves and green onions
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except for cooking.

  2. If the mixture is hard, add a little water, similar to making roti canai dough.

  3. Roll out thinly and cut into small pieces, easier with a noodle machine.

  4. Finally, fry until crispy.
