Crispy Fried Pagoda Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon ground dried shrimp
- 3 small ground shallots
- 1 ground garlic clove
- A little finely sliced celery leaves and green onions
- A pinch of salt
- Cooking oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except for cooking.
If the mixture is hard, add a little water, similar to making roti canai dough.
Roll out thinly and cut into small pieces, easier with a noodle machine.
Finally, fry until crispy.
