Quick and Easy Corn Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup custard powder
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can creamed corn
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Place the mixture on the stove and turn on the heat.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
Immediately pour into a container while hot to prevent curdling.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate to chill thoroughly.

This pudding is easy to make and can be prepared in under 20 minutes.
