Simple Corn Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cups cornstarch
- 1 cup corn
- 400 ml water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a pot and stir over low heat until shiny.
Once done, quickly pour into a mold.
Allow to cool before cutting.
