Simple Corn Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 tin evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup corn
  • 400 ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a pot and stir over low heat until shiny.

  3. Once done, quickly pour into a mold.

  4. Allow to cool before cutting.
