Reworked Vegetarian Shepherdless Pie
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic and chili sauce
- Water
- Vegetable stock pot
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Few drops gravy browning
- Tender lambless pieces
Mozzarella mash
- Mashed potato
- 30 grams grated mozzarella
Parmesan crisp
- 20 grams vegetarian Italian hard cheese
Preparation
Pan fry the tender lambless pieces
Mix mashed potato with grated mozzarella and pan fry
Grate the vegetarian Italian hard cheese and bake until it melts and crisps up
Prepare the vegetable base by combining water, vegetable stock pot, cornflour, and gravy browning, and cook accordingly
Assemble the pie by layering the components, starting with the base and topping with mozzarella mash and Parmesan crisp
