Tandoori Spiced Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 brown onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Carrot and swede mix
  • Tender lambless pieces
  • Water
  • Knorr mushroom stock pot
  • Sainsbury's tandoori powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornflour
  • Marabel potato mash

Preparation

  1. Dice the brown onion and fry it off

  2. Microwave the carrot and swede mix in the bag before adding it to the pan

  3. Add cherry tomatoes, tender lambless pieces, water, mushroom stock pot, and tandoori powder to the pan

  4. Mix the cornflour with a little water first, then add it to the bubbling pan to thicken

  5. Top the mixture with Marabel potato mash and bake until heated through and golden
