Spicy Pickled Longan and Mango
Ingredients
- 250 grams longan
- 1 mango
- 5 red bird's eye chilies
- 250 ml water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 limes
Preparation
Peel the longan and remove the seeds, set aside. Peel the mango and shred it, set aside.
Boil water, dissolve sugar in it, and let it cool. Add the sliced chilies, salt, and lime juice.
Add the prepared longan and mango, stir well.

For best flavor, serve chilled by refrigerating before serving.
