Broccoli with Creamy Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 medium broccoli
- 50g cheese spread
- 2 slices red cheddar
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 onion
- margarine
- water as needed
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
Preparation
Cut the broccoli as desired and boil until half-cooked or fully cooked, to your liking.
For the sauce, cut the onion and sauté until fragrant.
Add a little water, then stir in the cheese spread and red cheddar until smooth and of medium thickness.
Add oregano, salt, and sugar, then taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour the sauce over the broccoli or serve it as a dip.
