Stacked Mini Omelette with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper
  • Quorn Yorkshire ham style slices
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 1 egg
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix 3 medium eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper to prepare the omelette batter.

  2. Cook the batter in a single egg pan to make 5 mini omelettes.

  3. Layer the mini omelettes with Quorn Yorkshire ham style slices and 3 cheese slices.

  4. Fry one egg and place it on top of the stack.

  5. Garnish with chives and chilli flakes, and serve with chilli and garlic sauce.

Tips

  1. Optionally add baby spinach between layers for extra greens and nutrition.
