Easy No-Bake Biscuit Layer Cake
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 packets biscuits (1 plain, 1 cocoa-flavored)
Topping
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Preparation
Pour all the milk into a pot, add the sugar, and mix.
Add the egg yolk and stir.
Place on the stove and cook until thickened.
Turn off the heat, add vanilla and butter, and let it cool.
After cooling, blend in a blender for 5 minutes.
Dip the plain biscuits in milk and arrange in a layer.
Pour some of the prepared pudding over the biscuits and spread evenly.
For the second layer, dip the cocoa biscuits in milk and arrange.
Pour more pudding over it and spread evenly.
For the third layer, dip the plain biscuits in milk and arrange.
Pour the remaining pudding on top and spread evenly.
Mix cocoa and coconut, and sprinkle over the top.
Let it rest for 3 to 4 hours.
Slice and decorate as desired.
