These Raw Balls
Ingredients
- makes 9-11
- 6 dates
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1 tbsp almond or any nut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cacao chips
- optionals
- 1 tsp ashwaghanda
- 1 tsp rhodiola
- 1 scoop prebiotics
Preparation
Mix all in a food processor but the chips until dough forms, may feel a bit oily, that’s okay
Transfer to a bowl and add cacao chips and knead well
Form into small balls and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm a bit more
Drizzle with more chocolate or nut butter, coconut shreds and sea salt (if desired - but so good and high in electrolytes and minerals!)
