These Raw Balls

Ingredients

  • makes 9-11
  • 6 dates
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp almond or any nut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao chips
  • optionals
  • 1 tsp ashwaghanda
  • 1 tsp rhodiola
  • 1 scoop prebiotics

Preparation

  1. Mix all in a food processor but the chips until dough forms, may feel a bit oily, that’s okay

  2. Transfer to a bowl and add cacao chips and knead well

  3. Form into small balls and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm a bit more

  4. Drizzle with more chocolate or nut butter, coconut shreds and sea salt (if desired - but so good and high in electrolytes and minerals!)
