Chocolate Stuffed Chickpea Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • Chocolate of choice

Preparation

  1. Melt your chocolate.

  2. Spoon the chocolate on a baking tray and make small separate discs.

  3. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

  4. Meanwhile, blend the rest of the ingredients together.

  5. Take your chocolate out of the freezer.

  6. Take about 1 tablespoon of the dough and make a flat circle with it

  7. Put chocolate disc on the dough and form a small ball.

  8. Store in the freezer.
