Pretty Pink Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all purposed flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tbsp pink fruit powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Mix the apple cider vinegar with the baking powder and let it stand.
Mix all dry ingredients separately and all wet ingredients separately.
Then mix them together and let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
Then bake pancakes.
Finish with your favorite toppings.
