Stir-Fried Pak Choi with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 400g pak choi
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce
  • mixed toasted seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, etc.)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

  2. Add garlic and chili pepper, sauté until fragrant

  3. Stir in pak choi and cook until wilted and tender

  4. Pour in oyster sauce or soy sauce and mix well

  5. Sprinkle with mixed toasted seeds and serve immediately
