Gluten-Free Brownie Mix with Marshmallows and Chocolate
Ingredients
- King Arthur Flour gluten-free brownie mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
- Additional marshmallows for topping
- Hershey's chocolate for adding after baking
Preparation
Melt the butter.
In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and eggs.
Stir in the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes.
Ten minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle additional marshmallows on top.
After baking, add Hershey's chocolate on top.
