Gluten-Free Brownie Mix with Marshmallows and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • King Arthur Flour gluten-free brownie mix
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
  • Additional marshmallows for topping
  • Hershey's chocolate for adding after baking

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter.

  2. In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and eggs.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes.

  6. Ten minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle additional marshmallows on top.

  7. After baking, add Hershey's chocolate on top.
