Gluten-Free Orange-Infused Apple Pie

Ingredients

Filling

  • 4 cups of chopped apples
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs of maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs of date syrup
  • 1 tsp of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Juice and zest from one organic marmalade Seville orange
  • 1/2 cup of chopped soaked dates

Crust

  • 1 cup of Teff flour
  • 1 cup of Tiger nut flour
  • 2 Tbs of Rapeseed oil
  • 2 Tbs of Coconut oil
  • 2 Tsp of Raspberry apple cider vinegar
  • Some cashew milk
  • Some liquid sweetener

Topping

  • Coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the filling ingredients and cook gently for a few minutes.

  2. Prepare the crust with the given ingredients.

  3. Cook the crust.

  4. Layer the cooked crust with the filling, add some apples, and sprinkle with coconut sugar.

  5. Bake the pie.
