Gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Skillet Cookie
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp flax meal and 1 tbsp water
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- pinch of baking soda
- sea salt to sprinkle
Optional
- 1/2 scoop marine collagen
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
Preparation
Mix all wet ingredients well.
Stir in dry ingredients except sea salt.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Stir until dough forms.
Spoon into a mini cast iron skillet or onto a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
Let cool.
Top with your favorite toppings.
