Gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp flax meal and 1 tbsp water
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
  • pinch of baking soda
  • sea salt to sprinkle

Optional

  • 1/2 scoop marine collagen
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet ingredients well.

  2. Stir in dry ingredients except sea salt.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Stir until dough forms.

  5. Spoon into a mini cast iron skillet or onto a baking sheet.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

  8. Let cool.

  9. Top with your favorite toppings.
