Homemade Cheese-Filled Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 500 grams ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Filling
- Quick Melt cheese
Coating
- All-purpose flour (mixed with water)
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients with spices and stir well.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten it, fill with cheese, then shape into balls and arrange nuggets in a foil-lined pan.
Steam nuggets for about 15-20 minutes until cooked, then remove and cool.
After cooling, dip nuggets in the flour mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown.
Storage tips
If not consumed immediately, store in a covered container with some breadcrumbs underneath and freeze.
