Super High Yield No Fail Homemade Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 15g (1 1/2 packets) dry yeast
  • 1.5 kg (approximately) all-purpose flour

Glaze

  • Condensed milk and water in 1:1 ratio

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the flour, then gradually add the flour while mixing until the dough starts to pull away from the hands and knead for approximately 10 minutes

  2. Let the dough rest in a warm place until it doubles in volume

  3. Shape the bread, let it rest again until it doubles in volume, and bake in a medium oven until golden brown

Glaze

  1. Mix equal parts condensed milk and water

  2. Pour the mixture over the bread while still in the pan
