Kiwi Banana and Jam Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • kiwi slices
  • bananas
  • fig jam or your favorite jam

Preparation

  1. Cook 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.

  3. Mix the oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  4. Top the mixture with kiwi slices, bananas, and fig jam or your favorite jam.
