Kiwi Banana and Jam Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- kiwi slices
- bananas
- fig jam or your favorite jam
Preparation
Cook 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.
Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl.
Mix the oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Top the mixture with kiwi slices, bananas, and fig jam or your favorite jam.
