Student Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1 green pepper
  • olive oil
  • tomato
  • quarter of onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • tahini

Preparation

  1. Cheap and easy and so freaking delish! All it takes is 1/2 cup black beans, 1 green pepper chopped and lightly sautéed in a dash of olive oil

  2. Chopped up a tomato with a quarter of onion and then airfried 2 potatoes

  3. Topped with some tahini

  4. Delish, quick, easy and soooo cheap
