Student Nourish Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 green pepper
- olive oil
- tomato
- quarter of onion
- 2 potatoes
- tahini
Preparation
Cheap and easy and so freaking delish! All it takes is 1/2 cup black beans, 1 green pepper chopped and lightly sautéed in a dash of olive oil
Chopped up a tomato with a quarter of onion and then airfried 2 potatoes
Topped with some tahini
Delish, quick, easy and soooo cheap
