Sugar Cookie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup quick oats*
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla non dairy milk**
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 Tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and let set overnight. If using the plant based protein your jar will be thicker.
